About The Director - Carol Solomon,

As a working mother and licensed social worker specializing in counseling children and families, Carol Solomon became aware of the tremendous importance and need for competent, consistent and nurturant child care to help our children grow successfully through the stages of child development.

new york nanny center, inc.® was developed to meet the needs of families who need quality child care workers who will offer this type of care and to provide the support that the child care workers need to enjoy their work and to best fulfill their responsibilities.

Carol Solomon has an MA in Developmental Psychology from Columbia University and an MSW from Adelphi University. Her own children are now adults, and she is a grandmother. She has extensive experience in counseling children and families.

About Our Placement Counselors

Tammy Sanders, has been a placement counselor for 10 years. She has been a live-in and a live-out nanny. Tammy teaches piano lessons and has led children's choirs and musicals.

Kristin Faust, is a placement counselor. She is a graduate student at New York University - studying Psychology.
